'Pisaralla Pisimälle' XXXV mileage marathon was be held by Finnish Mileage Marathon Club at Nokia on 21-22 August, 2010.
Mileage marathon gave Team lot to think for the future. Team's winning streak is broken by team "BS Mileage Marathon" from Vesilahti(FIN). Remmi-Team's rank was second in open class with result 2389km/l. The winner got 2721km per diesel fuel liter which is one of the best result in the world got with that fuel type.
Luckily for Remmi-Team "Tippa" team's driver Minna from Lappeenranta(FIN) offered to drive test race with Team's vehicle Remmi 7 when the drivers of Remmi-Team were unable to on late Saturday the first race day. The unofficial result gained was better than two official result Team got by Team's drivers Piia and Minna whom both got poor result in contrast to Team's previous success in mileage marathons held at Nokia on second race day.
In Team's first race attempt driven by Team's driver Minna had almost catastrophic failures in front tires which worn almost to the limit to blow out as vehicle's fenders were misaligned by driver and brushed tires. Neither did the second race attempt had care free moments for the rest of Team as Piia did not seem to make race in average time and had to make the entrance to the finish line fast and showy by drawing black rubber on hard braking on the track.
A new accurate speedometer and one GPS unit logged data for later use in analysis. Team's members ponder which of loads affected to the vehicle during the race have notable influences to result gained in competitions. Speed and position information with a power measuring unit in the rear hub of the vehicle will give Team's members chance to make good defaults, whether to tune the engine, rolling resistance or aerodynamics, in improving one's result.
